Flow Mo Labs was founded in 2025 by a tight group of engineers, designers, and operators who had spent the previous decade shipping serious software inside high-growth product teams and AI research groups. We kept hearing the same thing from operators: "We know AI can move this workflow, we just don't have the team to build it right."
So we built the team. Twelve production agents later, we've standardized the boring parts, evals, observability, permissioning, so we can spend our time on the parts that actually differentiate each client's business.
Demos are cheap. We only count agents that move a metric you already care about.
You own the code, the weights, and the prompts. Vendor lock is a design flaw.
The team is deliberately tiny. Every engagement is worked by people who've shipped agents before.
Observability, evals, permissions, and rollback are not optional. Fashion is not an architecture.
