FlowMo Labs is a London company of engineers, AI security specialists and designers. We design, build, secure and operate custom AI agents and AI products for organisations where getting it wrong is not an option.
Why we exist
FlowMo Labs was founded in 2025 by engineers, designers and operators who had spent the previous decade shipping software inside high-growth product teams and AI research groups. We kept hearing the same thing from the people running large organisations: we know AI can move this workflow, we just do not have the team to build it right.
So we built that team. Today we work with 73+ enterprise clients and run 125+ agents in production at 99.94% fleet uptime. Along the way we have standardised what every serious deployment needs: evaluations, observability, permissions and security. That leaves each engagement free to focus on what makes the client's business different.
How we work
Ship measurable things.
Demos are cheap. We count only agents that move a metric you already care about, measured on your own ground truth.
Portable by default.
You own the code, the weights and the prompts. Vendor lock-in is a design flaw, and we do not design it in.
Secure by construction.
Security is its own engineering discipline here, with a seat at the top table. It is designed in from the first week, not bolted on in the last.
Senior on every engagement.
Every engagement is led by people who have shipped production agents before. Observability, evaluations, permissions and rollback are never optional.
